By accessing or using HiveX, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

HiveX is provided to support operations, traceability, automation, and routines related to industrial and operational management.

You agree to use the platform in a lawful, secure manner and in accordance with its contracted purpose, without attempting to bypass access controls, degrade the service, or access third-party data without authorization.

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, access keys, authentication devices, and any other login methods associated with their account.

You must immediately report any suspected unauthorized use, account compromise, or security incident related to access to the platform.

The customer is responsible for the legitimacy, integrity, and accuracy of the data entered into the system, including records, documents, operational logs, and production information.

HiveX may process such data solely to operate, maintain, protect, and improve the platform, in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

We may update features, workflows, integrations, and technical requirements to improve performance, security, regulatory reliability, or operational compatibility.

Although we make continuous efforts to maintain availability and continuity, the service may be subject to planned interruptions, maintenance, third-party failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

The platform, its brand, interface, code, documentation, models, and other proprietary elements remain the property of HiveX or its licensors, as applicable.

These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user, except for the limited rights expressly granted to access and use the service.

Access may be suspended or terminated in the event of a breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, security risk, legal obligation, or contractual non-payment, where applicable.

Suspension or termination does not relieve either party of obligations already incurred, nor any legal duties related to retention, audit, or cooperation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided subject to operational availability and may depend on infrastructure, networks, integrations, and third-party services.

Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded by law, but indirect losses, lost profits, and impacts resulting from improper use or incorrect configuration are excluded wherever legally permitted.

These Terms of Service may be revised periodically to reflect legal, technical, operational, or commercial changes.

The current version will always be the one published on this page, together with the date of the latest update.
